Transforming visions into realities, inspired by you.

With over 10 years of friendship and collaboration, we co-founded Lambeau Hospitality Consulting on the foundation of broadly reaching experience, and a shared passion for hospitality. Our mission is simple: to help you elevate every aspect of the guest experience, turning good service into truly memorable hospitality.

Whether launching a new concept or refining an established space, we partner with owners, operators, and teams to craft seamless, authentic, and thoughtful experiences. From service training and menu flow to the ambiance of a room, we align every detail with your brand’s vision to ensure that every guest leaves with a lasting impression.

At the heart of our work is a belief that true restaurant success is not just about great food, but about how guests feel at every step of their journey. We love what we do, and we are dedicated to helping restaurants create moments that guests remember long after they have walked through the door.

The Team

  • Johann’s career in hospitality has been shaped by hands-on experience across restaurants, pop-ups, and new openings, where he developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful service, strong teams, and memorable guest experiences. Throughout his work, he has focused on building clear systems and supportive training that allow hospitality to feel both consistent and genuinely human.

Throughout Johann's extensive career in hospitality, he has worked in all positions of the front of house in casual spaces, casual-fine dining, and award winning fine dining establishments. He continues to help propel and launch various concepts, and is proficient in building systems & standards, creating guidelines, optimizing operations and curating unforgettable guest journeys.

Johann brings over 11 years of expertise with a drive and passion for making lasting connections and experiences.

  • Rowan began her hospitality career at Moxie’s in Campbell River, starting as a host and quickly working her way into a serving role under strong mentorship that helped shape her approach to service.

While studying English Literature at the University of Victoria and later completing her degree with honours at the University of British Columbia, she continued working in fast-paced hospitality environments, including events, pop-ups, and new openings.

Through years of hands-on experience and multiple collaborative projects, Rowan and Johann rediscovered their strength as creative partners, ultimately leading them to co-found Lambeau Consulting, grounded in a shared pursuit of excellence in hospitality.

Why “Lambeau”?

Both of Johann's parents were born and raised on the islands of Trinidad & Tobago in the southern Caribbean. His father was a cyclist who partook in races around the world, and his mother was a beauty queen who represented Trinidad & Tobago at the 1975 Miss Universe pageant. Christine Jackson, Johann’s mother was awarded the Miss Amity title (now known as Miss Congeniality), which is voted upon by the other contestants for the most hospitable, personable, and kind in the pageantry. In early 1978, they were married in Trinidad, which drew a great deal of attention from newspapers who printed the wedding announcements for the country’s new sweethearts!

In 1980, they moved to Maple Ridge, Canada. They then moved to Tobago at the end of 1981, before moving back to Coquitlam in 1984. In 1987, they spent 6 months as Missionaries in Montserrat, and returned to Alberta, Canada for Bible College. They later moved to Canouan (St. Vincent & Grenadines) as missionaries. Finally, Johann’s mother and father moved to Tobago in December 1993, where they have been living happily in Lambeau for over 32 years.

Lambeau is home, and its significance in Johann’s life is unparalleled. The beauty; the warmth (both in climate and in temperaments); the streets where he grew up, learned to ride a bike and fell many times but always got back on; the neighbors who taught him to be kind, giving, and gentle; the fishermen who watched over him while he swam in the ocean off of Lambeau village. When asked, “why the name Lambeau?,” it's easy to say, "it's where Johann grew up”. But in reality, it encapsulates who he is. Lambeau shaped Johann in every way, and it seemed right to bring a bit of its hospitable nature and warmth to Vancouver.
